End users, can search the products (S.Ns or KEYs) to check the expired date for these products and get cover under this program, Natiluos company already submit to partners in each region the new terms and conditions for this program, please always check with partners directly if not possible you can contact us directly.
PROGRAM GENERAL TERMS AND COVERAGE
This program apply worldwid to all partners and end users. The general terms and conditions may not be the same for all regoins, please always check with regions’ partners for these terms.
STANDARD WARRANTY PROGRAM
GENERAL TERMS
- Electrical products must be installed by partners or authorized installer.
- All produts must have earth system certified and tested before the operation.
- Installtion should be done / follow the instrection showen on products’s manual.
ONLINE UPS
- Closed rooms with dust filter.
- Controlled room tempreture between (0 – 27) C degree.
- Continues load not more than 80%
VRLA BATTERY
- Controlled room tempreture between (0 – 27) C degree.
- Main source + backup source with ATS swtching time upto 1m.
- Backup time calculated based on battery datasheet.
ON-GRID INVERTERS
- No direct sun light.
- Regular cleaning each 3-6 months certified by partners.
- Design PV modules based on datasheet.
HYBRID INVERTERS (IP65 | IP66)
- No direct sun light.
- Regular cleaning each 3-6 months certified by partners.
- Design PV modules and batteries based on datasheet.
- Continues load not more than 80%
